Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to make and manage your booking: your name, contact details, traveller names and vehicle details where relevant.

Payment data

Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. We retain only a payment reference and the last four digits of the card.

Sharing

Booking details are shared with the ferry operator carrying you, because they need them to issue your ticket and meet maritime passenger-manifest obligations.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by contacting hello@ferrymatch.com.
