Terms of booking

Ferrymatch acts as an agent for the ferry operators shown. Your contract of carriage is with the operator, and their conditions of carriage apply to your journey.

Payment

Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Prices shown include your vehicle where selected, all passengers and our booking fee.

Changes and cancellations

Change and refund rights depend on the fare you buy, and are shown before you pay. Flexible fares can be changed free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.

Your responsibilities

You must ensure every traveller holds valid travel documents and arrives in time for check-in. We cannot refund tickets for passengers turned away at the border or arriving after check-in closes.
